Each process is interlocking and intense, and totally reflects the dynamics of the real market. Case seminars is conducted on the last day. Through discussion and brainstorm, it offers practical and intuitive solution to further team management.
Online Lesson aims to integrate staff’s fragmentation time to create more opportunities for learning. It is workshops regularly held on Thursday evening and broadcast via Wechat to deliver a themed course and answer employees’ questions online.
TTT Internal Trainer Training provides lectures and customized courses to improve internal trainers’ professionalism.
