Eyas Program

Eyas Program creates the scenes to discover competent employees and select potential candidates. That is, to provide ambitious employees with opportunities of development and a stage for showing their talents; to set up the communicating platform to promote the communication and understanding between departments; to design customized training courses for being better!


Professional Manager Training

Professional Manager Training aims to stimulate the potentiality of middle managers and improve the leadership of the supervisors, which promotes the communication and understanding between departments while taking advantage of supervisors’ role as the connection. Also, the program plays an important role in building the echelon and promoting employees’ development. Activities like game, presentation and case study are added into the training to enable employees have opportunities to express their own ideas and thoughts in a relatively relaxing way. 


Leader's Journey

Leader's Journey emphasizes to improve senior and middle managers’ capabilities in terms of leadership, management and team building . In the first two days of the training, it features in the military-style management to build the team and form the cooperation, so as to create a conscientious, strongly executive and goal-oriented high-performance leader team. In the following day, market simulation is carried out whose practice ranges from president election, strategic decisions on production, R&D, finance and personnel, marketing, competitive bidding, financial accounts, adjustment to competition rules change, multi-markets games, and eventually, to face the board of directors. Each process is interlocking and intense, and totally reflects the dynamics of the real market. Case seminars is conducted on the last day. Through discussion and brainstorm, it offers practical and intuitive solution to further team management.


Online Lesson

Online Lesson aims to integrate staff’s fragmentation time to create more opportunities for learning. It is workshops regularly held on Thursday evening and broadcast via Wechat to deliver a themed course and answer employees’ questions online.


TTT Internal Trainer Training

TTT Internal Trainer Training provides lectures and customized courses to improve internal trainers’ professionalism.


Talent Cultivation

Throughout the training, new employees participate in a relaxing manner by doing games and performing talent shows, and moreover, obtain an access to expressing themselves.
