Meanwhile, it requires optimization and improvement to ensure quality management to be based on normalization, scientification and standardization.

System and implementation: Clarify the function of the quality management department and allocate a sufficient number of qualified employees to carry out supervision. From daily audits to regular assessments, and to special inspections, it is crucial to ensure that supervision is based on regulations dynamically and continuously. Regular assessments are taken as part of the performance evaluation of the department to ensure the effectiveness of supervision.

System and implementation: Only when the awareness of quality and safety goes deep into mind, can we ensure that quality management is truly implemented. For the purpose, the company formulates the training plan uniformly in a year term. Then, Quality Management Department develops specific training programs by means of internal&external training, workshops&self-study and regular examinations to improve all employees’ skill of the quality management and awareness of quality safety.

Spring trip:

April, in Chinese literature pieces , is often expressed as the most beautiful month of the year. On a day in last April, under the blue sky, we divided into two groups:one climbed the hill to feel the freshness of spring; the other went to temple, prayed and had a vegetarian meal to experience the Buddha culture. No matter in which group employees participated , they totally enjoyed the fantastic scenery and the beautiful moment of the spring.
